The 2023/24 edition of the International Insolvency & Restructuring Report provides a global guide to the insolvency and restructuring marketplace.
The new 7th edition of the Report offers insights from leading global law firms, chambers and specialist insolvency consultancies. Following a Foreword from John Martin, President of the International Insolvency Institute, the Report provides commentary on China’s role in the global economy, and particularly third world debt.
It offers opinion on the role of Security Agents in Out of Court Restructurings and discussion of liquidators’ claims against former directors, with a particular focus on wrongful trading and breach of duty. It also explores insolvency and restructuring practice in the following jurisdictions: Australia, Austria, China, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Singapore and UK.
