The 2021/22 edition of the International Insolvency & Restructuring Report provides an essential guide to the international insolvency and restructuring marketplace looking at developments and changes to the law during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 5th edition of the International Insolvency & Restructuring Report includes features by Julie M. Hertzberg, President of INSOL International on INSOL International’s current activities; Co-Chairs of the Insolvency Section of the International Bar Association, Anja Droege Gagnier and Darío Oscós, discuss the role of the Insolvency Section of the International Bar Association; and Samira Musayeva, UNCITRAL Secretariat looks at the work of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in modernising insolvency law.

The Symposium begins on March 1 with 6 panels during the week. On Monday, March 8, we are pleased to host a very special International Women’s Day Leadership Panel featuring seven women who are Chair or President of the leading insolvency associations in the world. CLE and CPE will be applied for in the U.S. The cost is $50 to attend any and all sessions. Complimentary for judges and academics. All registration fees will be donated to a global organization with a focus on improving the lives of women around the world. This is event is open to anyone who is interested in the topics to be covered.
